The objective of this project was to build a complete, animator-friendly 3D rig for a stylized character, ensuring smooth deformation, expressive facial controls, and intuitive body movement. The character required a clean control system that supports animation, posing, and real-time performance without compromising visual quality.
A professional 3D rigging workflow was implemented to deliver a clean, flexible, and production-ready character rig.
Custom controllers were created for the spine, arms, legs, hands, and feet to allow smooth posing and animation control.
Detailed facial controllers were added for eyes, mouth, and facial expressions, enabling expressive and precise animation.
Color-coded, well-organized controllers ensured easy selection, clean movement, and an efficient animation workflow.
The final rig delivered a fully functional, animation-ready character with smooth deformations and intuitive controls.
